Hey Kids and Kids at heart!

Welcome to Different Isn’t Bad Christmas countdown.

I hope you enjoyed your Thanksgiving and all the turkey and pie.

Now we are onto some exciting stories

In the next four episodes Miss Robin will bring you stories that will get you and your loved ones into the Christmas spirit.

Today’s story is very special and is dedicated to Eli Shultz who will never be forgotten and is forever loved by his family and friends. Mooseltoe was one of Eli’s favorite Christmas stories when he was a little boy. His mama read it to him all the time.

It was written by Margie Palatini, an Italian author with a funny imagination.

I can see why Eli liked it!

It’s all about a moose who wants to make Christmas the most perfectly perfect day around but forgets something important in the process.

So today as we start our Christmas countdown Remember it’s not about making everything perfectly perfect. In fact, it’s ok to do something different. Listen in as Father Moose does just that!

Now onto our story.

Here we go!

I praise you God because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.

PSALM 139: 14-16
